Dr. Jibeen works with adults and enjoys helping them meet their goals and improve their well-being, while focusing on their personal strengths and abilities.

Dr. Jibeen speaks Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi and English fluently. Her primary approach to treatment is cognitive-behavioural (CBT), while also integrating elements of other complementary therapeutic modalities. As a scientist-practitioner, Dr. Jibeen relies on the latest cutting-edge research to inform her clinical methods and interventions, and she uses a compassionate and collaborative approach to support clients.

Dr. Jibeen obtained Ph.D. in Psychology from Punjab University in Pakistan in 2010 and she worked as a Counsellor and Associate Professor in Pakistan and Saudia Arabia over a period of 7 years, while also publishing several articles in well-reputed academic journals. More recently, she has been working in private practice in the Toronto area. Dr. Jibeen is a member of the Ontario Psychological Association.
