Anxiety, worry, phobias, perfectionism
Obsessive-compulsive and related disorders
Mood difficulties and trauma
Jean-Philippe works virtually with adults who are struggling with anxiety disorders (e.g., panic, social anxiety, worry, phobias, health anxiety), obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, perfectionism, insomnia, and difficulties with repetitive behaviours (e.g., tics, hair-pulling, skin-picking).
