Worry, Anxiety & Panic attacks

Depression & Low self-esteem

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Identity challenges

I’m Christine, a Clinical Therapist at the Mindful Living Centre, passionately helping adults navigate life’s challenges. Working under the supervision of registered psychologists, I offer both in-person and virtual therapy from our Milton and Oakville locations. I especially enjoy helping adults manage anxiety, panic attacks, depression, OCD, relationship issues, grief, and significant life transitions.

My approach to therapy is person-centered, as I strongly believe that the best outcomes arise from a collaborative partnership between you and me. Together, we’ll explore your goals and tackle obstacles to their fulfillment, using evidence-based strategies and insights aimed at fostering self-awareness and growth.

I am skilled in a variety of therapeutic techniques, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Using an integrative, empirically-supported approach, I aim to tailor each therapy session to your specific needs.

Before joining The Mindful Living Centre, I gained tremendous experience with gold-standard treatments working at Sunnybrook Hospital’s OCD inpatient unit and the York University Student Counselling Centre. I hold a Master of Psychology degree in Clinical and Counselling Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School. Currently, I am progressing towards my registration as a Psychological Associate with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.

If you’re seeking a therapy experience that is both enriching and transformative, let’s connect and explore how we can work together to realize your aspirations for a healthier, more fulfilled life.
