Assertiveness training

If you find it difficult to assert your opinions, say “no” to unreasonable requests, or set healthy boundaries with others due to fears of confrontation and/or rejection, we can help!   Our four-session Assertiveness training package will:

    • Teach you to understand and recognize the differences between passive, aggressive, passive-aggressive and assertive communication styles (and the motivations that underlie them)
    • Empower you to overcome unhelpful beliefs, assumptions and behaviours that prevent you from being more assertive 
    • Provide you with specific strategies for communicating assertively and respectfully with others and getting your needs met in a healthy way.
