Hello! I’m Anthony Fallico, and I am thrilled to be a Psychology Resident at The Mindful Living Centre, serving clients in both Oakville and Milton.  As a therapist, my goals are to help adults navigate their unique challenges and find their paths to well-being. My approach is person-centered and collaborative, aiming to uncover hidden aspects of my clients’ lives to help them recognize and understand their thought and behavior patterns. I believe in empowering individuals by validating their experiences while offering direct and compassionate guidance.

I have a special interest in working with clients  struggling with ADHD, OCD, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues and interpersonal challenges. My practice is grounded in a biopsychosocial model and utilizes evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also operate from a trauma-informed and strength-based perspective, ensuring that my clients feel safe and supported throughout the therapy process.

Currently, I am in my third year of the Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) program at ADLER Professional Graduate School. I hold a Master’s degree in psychology from ADLER and a Bachelor of Science honors degree in psychology from York University, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude. I have provided psychotherapy in private clinics as well as with the School Board.

I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and improve your quality of life. If you’re ready to take the next step on your journey to well-being, I would love to work with you. Let’s uncover your strengths and build the life you envision. Reach out today to schedule an appointment!
